This Payment Policy governs all financial transactions, subscription fees, commission structures, service charges, and payout processes on the AYKA platform. This Policy applies to all Users, including Experts, Establishments, Alliance Partners, Patients, Buyers, and Sellers.
By using the AYKA platform and making any payment, you agree to this Payment Policy, which is incorporated into and governed by AYKA's Terms and Conditions.

Digital wallets (as supported on the platform)
Bank transfers (for subscription and payout settlements, as applicable)
All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways integrated into the AYKA platform. AYKA does not store full payment card details.
All amounts payable on the AYKA platform are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other taxes as levied by Indian law, unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout and will form part of the total payable amount.
Users (Experts, Establishments, Sellers) are independently responsible for declaring and paying all applicable taxes on their earnings through the platform. AYKA may deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as required under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
4.1 Expert Plans
Expert Free Plan: No upfront subscription fee. AYKA deducts 50% commission on each sale (consultation, home visit, or other service booked through AYKA).
Expert Paid Plan: Upfront subscription fee applicable (pricing displayed on the platform). AYKA deducts 20% commission on each sale.
Career Subscription Plan: One-time fee for Experts seeking job opportunities through AYKA. Commission may apply on successful placements as per applicable schedule.
4.2 Establishment Plans
Establishment Free Plan: No upfront subscription fee. AYKA deducts 50% commission on each online booking made through the platform.
Establishment Paid Plan: Upfront subscription fee applicable (pricing displayed on the platform). AYKA deducts 20% commission on each online booking.
4.3 Alliance Partners
Alliance partnership fees and commission structures are governed by the applicable AYKA Alliance Agreement signed between the Alliance and AYKA.
All current subscription pricing is displayed on the AYKA platform. AYKA reserves the right to revise pricing at any time with notice published on the platform.
Paid subscriptions are billed automatically based on the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
Annual subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled in writing before the renewal date.
It is the User's sole responsibility to update payment details and to cancel auto-renewal before the renewal date. AYKA will not issue refunds for subscription renewals that were not cancelled in time.
AYKA will send renewal reminder notifications in advance. Non-receipt of such notification shall not exempt the User from auto-renewal charges.
If a payment fails, AYKA will attempt to process the transaction up to three times within a 7-day window.
If payment remains unsuccessful, the subscription may be suspended or downgraded to the applicable Free Plan at AYKA's discretion.
Service access will be restored only upon successful payment of all outstanding dues.
AYKA reserves the right to charge interest or a late payment fee on outstanding amounts as permitted by applicable law.
Payouts to Experts and Establishments are processed after deduction of AYKA's applicable commission.
Payouts are processed on a weekly or monthly basis as per AYKA's payout schedule (published on the platform and subject to change with notice).
Payouts will be transferred to the bank account linked to the User's AYKA profile. Users are responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date bank details.
Any dispute regarding payout amounts must be raised in writing to support@aykacare.in within 7 days of the payout date. Disputes not raised within this period will be deemed accepted.
AYKA reserves the right to withhold payouts pending resolution of any User dispute, policy investigation, or fraud inquiry.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a bank or card network without completing AYKA's dispute resolution process constitutes a material breach of these Terms. AYKA reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that initiate unwarranted chargebacks and to pursue recovery of amounts through legal proceedings.
All payments made on the AYKA platform are final and non-refundable, in accordance with AYKA's strict No Refund Policy as detailed in the AYKA Refund Policy document, incorporated herein by reference.
AYKA reserves the right to modify this Payment Policy, including pricing, commission rates, payout schedules, and payment methods, at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or platform notifications and will be effective from the date of publication.
